Black Day Celebrated On Anniversary Of Pakistani Attack On J&K

Black day celebrated in many cities of the world on the anniversary of the Pakistani attack on Jammu and Kashmir.

On the 73rd anniversary of the Pakistani invasion of Jammu and Kashmir, Black Day was celebrated on Thursday in many cities of the world including Kathmandu, Tokyo, Dhaka, The Hague, and Kuala Lumpur.

In many cities, people protested and took out a march in protest against the barbaric action of the Pakistani Army. Even in POK, people waved black flags in memory of this day.

In many areas of these cities, people put up hoardings and posters demanding Pakistan to end its illegal occupation of Kashmir and compensation for loss of life and property.

It is noteworthy that on 22 October 1947, Pakistan invaded Kashmir and committed mass vandalism. The attackers surrounded the city of Baramulla and killed thousands of men, women, and children.

On October 22, the European Foundation for South Asian Studies recently told the darkest of the history of Jammu and Kashmir that for the first time in 73 years, the entire army will hear the brutality of the Pakistani army and the tribesmen with the Kashmiris.

A two-day seminar and an exhibition on the reality of Operation Gulmarg and the commemoration of 22 October 1947 on the story of Kashmir’s accession to India will also take place at Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Center (SKICC), Srinagar.

The Jammu and Kashmir Unity Forum (JKUF) and the displaced (SOS International) of Ghulam Kashmir will conduct separate seminars and rallies in Jammu to make the world aware of the dark truth of that day.

Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha will be the chief guest at the event held in Srinagar.

For the first time, a national level seminar and exhibition will be organized by the National Museum Institute of History of Art, Conservation, and Musicology (NMI) reminding the truth of Operation Gulmarg, Pakistan.
