BrahMos User Meet 2023: Army Chief Manoj Pandey said – India is also capable of giving a strong reply if needed.

Army Commander-in-Chief Manoj Pandey said India is not only capable of resisting but also giving a tough response if needed.

Army Commander-in-Chief Manoj Pandey said so during the BrahMos 2023 user meeting on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the Indian Air Force Commander, Field Marshal VR Chaudhary was also present with him.

What did General Manoj Pandey say? Speaking at the event, General Manoj Pandey said:

“Today, as the country stands on the cusp of transformational change, we are witnessing our country’s growing stature in the arena. International and the high expectations of the global community.

“India also has the ability to react strongly.”

“Having strategic deterrence tools is essential in our case given our unstable border issues and related security challenges,” he said.

He said that as users of the BrahMos missile system, the three defense forces now have the ability not only to deter but also respond strongly if necessary.

Explaining the role of the BrahMos hypersonic missile, Air Force Chief of Staff Marshal VR Chaudhari said: “As one of our deadliest air combat vehicles, the BrahMos hypersonic missile has performed.

Guide us to arm ourselves with precision firepower in the years to come. The importance of precise and long-range fire cannot be underestimated in conflicts around the world.

“BrahMos has increased the deterrence value of the Air Force collection.”

He added that the BrahMos missile has increased deterrence value for the Indian air force. This increases the deterrent value of the IAF collection,” he said.
