CBI Questioned More Than 50 People In A Month In Hathras Case
CBI questioned more than 50 people in a month in Hathras case, 25 will report status: Hathras case CBI Probe.
The CBI team investigating the causes of the alleged gang-rape and death of a Dalit girl in Boolgarhi village of Chandpa police station area of Hathras.
CBI has to submit its status report on November 25 in the Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court.
On the directions of the Supreme Court, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court is monitoring the CBI investigation.
Earlier, the court had questioned the government regarding the action against Praveen Kumar Laxkar, the DAS of Hathras.
Along with Hathras, the CBI team is constantly investigating in Aligarh Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. CBI also did scene recreation in Boolgadhi village.
The agency, which has been under investigation for 50 consecutive days, has also prepared a report of its own. During this time, the team has been in Hathras for a month now.
The team of CBI has questioned about 50-55 people during this period. The team visited the village a dozen times. There, along with the victim’s family, they questioned the family members of the accused.
After the scene of the scene, the officials involved in the team have now started questioning those people who talked to the victims on the phone or the victims talked to them. Among them are all relatives of the victim’s family.
The CBI is believed to be preparing for November 25.
The CBI is investigating from every angle to find out the reality in the Boolgarhi case in Hathras. To know the ground reality of this incident, CBI has also looked at the revenue records of the family of the accused and the land of the incident.
The CBI gathered information by calling Lekhpal in the village itself. It is being told that after interrogation, some big evidence has been handed over to the CBI team here.
The owner of the farm on which the incident occurred has also been asked. The CBI is now engaged in investigating the land and fields etc. of the accused along with the victim’s family.

On getting hold of the case, the Uttar Pradesh government had recommended setting up of the SIT to investigate the case, as well as a CBI inquiry into the case from the central government.
