Chargesheet Filed Against Seven Accused In Tikuniyan Violence

Chargesheet filed against seven accused in the second case of Lakhimpur Kheri violence, the clean chit to three.

Three out of the seven accused in the cross FIR registered in the case of Tikuniyan violence of Lakhimpur Kheri, which brought Uttar Pradesh very much in the news, have got a clean chit.

Minister’s son Ashish Mishra, a close aide of Monu, had filed this case.

In the second trial of the Tikunia case, a charge sheet was filed in the court of CJM Chinta Ram on Friday against the seven accused.

In this case, three people were given clean chit for not getting the evidence during the investigation. The final report has been sent in their favor.

The order was also issued for the release of these three, after which they were released late in the evening. The investigation is still ongoing.

In the court on Friday, Shyam Kumar Pal of this case entered the CJM court with a charge sheet of 1300 pages in the box. Which has been filed in CJM Court.

So far seven people have been arrested in this case. In this charge sheet, serious charges like rioting, causing hurt along with arson, and murder have been made against the three accused.

Gurvinder Singh, Kamaljit Singh, and Gurpreet Singh, while Vichitra Singh has been accused of damage and arson, etc. The final report was filed in favor of Avtar Singh, Ranjit Singh, and Kawaljeet alias Sonu.

The investigator of this case, Shyam Kumar Pal, filed an application in the court of in-charge CJM Mona Singh, pleading for the release of the three accused.

In-charge CJM ordered the release of three people Avtar Singh, Ranjit Singh, and Kawaljit Singh alias Sonu.

On October 3, three BJP workers were also killed during the violence in the police station Tikunia area.

In this case, a case was registered against 20-25 unidentified people in police station Tikunia on the complaint of member Sumit Jaiswal.

He has appealed before the remand magistrate that the prosecution has to prove its case on the oral documentary and scientific evidence collected during the investigation.

Therefore, in the interest of the public and justice, it is not appropriate to disclose the case diary and issue copies of some important documents.
