China Has No Religious Base To Choose The Next Dalai Lama

China has no religious base to choose the next Dalai Lama, America supports Tibet. The US has once again made a strong comment about China.

This time the US has attacked China with the Tibetan religious leader Dalai Lama. The US has said that China has no religious right to choose the next Dalai Lama.

According to a top US diplomat, China has no religious basis to choose the next Dalai Lama.

He also said that Tibetan Buddhists have been successfully choosing their spiritual leader for hundreds of years. In such a situation, China has no right to it.

Samuel D. Brownback, Ambassador of International Religious Freedom, told reporters on Tuesday during a conference recalling his visit to India in October that I visited Dharamshala in India.

I spoke to the Tibetan community there who had gathered in exile to tell them that the United States was opposing the election of the next Dalai Lama by China.

Brownback said that the US supports that religious communities have the right to choose their leadership (leader). He said that it definitely includes the next Dalai Lama.

So, we are pushing China back on this issue. We feel that the Chinese Communist Party is completely wrong to say that they have this right.

Dalai Lama and India’s connection

The 14th Dalai Lama has just turned 85. He has been living in India ever since he fled Tibet in 1959 following a Chinese crackdown on the local population uprising.

The Tibetan government in exile operates from Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh. There are more than 1,60,000 Tibetans living in India.

Let me tell you that the Dalai Lama, the religious leader of Tibetans, congratulated Joe Biden on being elected President of America. He called it the beginning of a new era, calling it a big change in America.
