Majnu has a large population of Buddhist religious people in Tila, so there seems to be a strong suspicion that Charlie Peng had contacted people to gather information about the Dalai Lama.

Sources also say that Charlie Peng aka Luo Song has made many important revelations during the interrogation.

After this, Peng came to Delhi from Kathmandu and stayed in the Punjabi colony near Majnu’s mound. On the basis of the Nepal monastery and the documents there, he had acquired the Tibetan Eye Card.

After expanding the business in Delhi, Peng bought a flat in Dwarka. After purchasing the house, Peng also made the Indian Aadhar card and PAN card through an agent. Later, Charlie Peng shifted from Dwarka to Gurugram. Now after finding out the hawala network, the police are questioning him in many other cases.
