Close watch on the practice of Chinese troops near the Ladakh border: Army Chief General Narwane.

Amid the ongoing Corona crisis in the country, Army Chief General MM Narwane has said that the Indian Army is constantly monitoring the activities of the Chinese Army.

This includes exercises being carried out in training areas close to the Ladakh region. He said that there was no violation from both sides since the withdrawal of the forces in the Pangong Lake area.

General Narwane said that the process of withdrawing the forces has been in harmony so far, but the actual Line of Control in East Ladakh But the Indian Army is keeping an effective watch to deal with any untoward incident.

On the practice of the Chinese Army, the Army Chief said, ‘We have seen some movements in the training areas. This is an annual practice.

They come for practice. We also go to training areas. We are constantly watching. Our forces are deployed on LAC and they are sufficient to deal with any action or activity. ‘

He said, ‘The important thing is that we are talking. It is important to know that trust has to be built in the period between the two phases. I think that trust has been built.

Close watch on the practice of Chinese troops: Because of this belief, perhaps we will be able to move forward in other areas where issues can still be resolved. ‘

General Narwane said that India would retain its increased presence along the northern border until the forces withdrew.

Not a single young man got infected at the border.The army chief said that our jawans on the forward front (border)  have not been infected.

As our jawans who had reached the border area from outside were given deployment after conducting three rounds of investigation. That is why we stand firmly on the borders with Pakistan and China.

90 percent recovery rate of corona infected patients in Ladakh remains intact.

Ninety percent rate of recovery of patients in the region is maintained due to the action of facing corona with better management in the Union Territory of Ladakh.

On the one hand, 130 new cases of the corona were reported in Ladakh, on the other hand, 134 patients were cured. So far, 16,582 people have been infected with the corona in the Leh and Kargil districts of Ladakh.

Of these, 14,875 patients have been cured. So far 165 people have lost their lives in Ladakh due to Korena infection.
