The government’s initial plan is to vaccinate 30 crore people. For this, PM Modi announced a task force. This task force (Vaccine Task Force) will help in the delivery of the vaccine.
The special thing is that the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs, and Health are part of this task force. However, this is not the first time that the Air Force has helped in vaccine work.
Earlier also in 2018, the army played a big role in delivering the vaccines for Rubella and Measles.
Here Delhi and Hyderabad airports are also ready for the vaccine.
Apart from the Air Force, the country’s capital Delhi and Hyderabad are ready to transport the air cargo vaccine.
Cold storage of the vaccine at both these airports, the process of transporting the aircraft from storage and security has been prepared.
The special thing is that QR code and other digital methods have been taken to reduce human presence and paperwork in both places.
