The group of Kiran Kumar has asserted that the police beat him up gravely for not wearing a mask. They asserted that Kiran continued head wounds because of police beating, which lead to his demise.

In any case, Area Head of Police Siddharth Kaushal denied the charges and said that Kiran was smashed and gotten a quarrel with a constable. In an announcement, the SP stated, “Two people who were riding a bike were intoxicated. The police who were looking through the vehicles halted and addressed them as well. Sub Inspector Vijay Kumar was taking them to a government emergency hospital for tests. One of those two people named Kiran Kumar bounced off the police vehicle. Around then, he met with head wounds. The police quickly took him to Guntur Government General Hospital. Later he was moved to a private emergency hospital. Kiran passed on while experiencing treatment.”
The DSP denied that the Dalit youth was pounded by the Sub-inspector. “We are as yet exploring the case,” he included. The SP further said that a case has been registered against SI Vijay Kumar dependent on the objection of Kiran’s dad. There are observers for the episode, he said.
Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy took genuine note of the occurrence and requested installment of Rs 10 lakh as remuneration to the casualty’s family, a discharge said. Guntur Range Inspector General of Police J Prabhakar Rao designated an additional superintendent of Police Gangadhar to examine the episode, which happened on Tuesday night.
