Deputy Chief Of Army Staff, Arrived In Ladakh

Deputy Chief of Army Staff arrived in Ladakh. Lieutenant General Mohanty, Deputy Chief of Army Staff, arrived near LAC in Ladakh to review the security situation.

Deputy Chief of the Army Lieutenant General CP Mohanty on Thursday reviewed the current security situation in the Union Territory of Ladakh and preparations related to the operation of the security forces.

Defense spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Amron Mousavi gave this information.

He said that the Deputy Chief of the Army, Lt. Gen. Mohanty, visited the headquarters of the Fire and Fury Corps.

In the Union Territory of Ladakh, there have been 141 cases of infection with 4 deaths due to a spurt in deaths from corona infection.

There have been 1161 cases of corona infection in Ladakh with 13 deaths in seven days. Most deaths and infections have been reported in the Leh district.

In such a situation, the ongoing campaign for Correcta of Corona in the district is being accelerated further.
