Dilip Chhabria Arrested in fraud case: Famous car designer Dilip Chhabria arrested in a fraud case.

The country’s famous car designer Dilip Chhabria has been arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch in a fraud case. A case has been registered against Dileep Chhabria under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B), and 34 of the IPC.

Let us tell you that Dilip Chhabria is the founder of DC Design and has a great name in India and abroad. However, as of now, the Mumbai Police has not released any official statement regarding the arrest of Dilip Chhabria.

But news agency has released a photo, in which Dilip Chhabria is being arrested and placed in the police van.

It is being told that a luxury car belonging to Dilip Chhabria has also been seized. According to information quoted by sources, after the arrest, he has been kept at the Mumbai Police Headquarters.

It has been learned that Mumbai Police will hold a press conference on this matter on Tuesday and will reveal more information further.

PMC Scam: Varsha Raut will not appear before ED today, sought time till 5th January.

Varsha Raut, wife of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, will not appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the PMC bank scam case today. She has sought time from the agency till 5 January.

Significantly, the entire Shiv Sena has gone into a tizzy after receiving the Enforcement Directorate (ED) notice of Varsha of Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut.

On receiving the notice, Sanjay Raut has also alleged that by doing this, an attempt is being made to topple the Maharashtra government.

Sanjay Raut had also said that he would answer the BJP in his own language.

Let me tell you that ED wants to answer questions from Sanjay Raut’s wife Varsha about the transaction of 50 lakh rupees related to the PMC scam which happened with the wife of Praveen Raut, accused of PMC scam.

In this regard, Varsha Raut had said that he had borrowed this amount for the purchase of the property.

What is the matter

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a case under the PMLA for fraud in Punjab and Maharashtra Co-operative Bank (PMC Bank) during the assembly elections last year.

It was reported to RBI that PMC Bank had used fake bank accounts to lend about Rs 6,500 crore to HDIL, a real estate developer.

During the investigation, ED had come to know about the transaction between Madhuri Raut and Varsha Raut, wife of the accused Praveen Raut.

The ED intends to interrogate Varsha about this, to which three summons have been sent so far. With regard to the summons sent to Varsha Raut, now politics is also boiling.
