Displaced Kashmiri Pandits Protesting In Jammu

Displaced Kashmiri Pandits protesting in Jammu: The displaced Kashmiri Pandits reached Jammu from Jagti, demonstrated their demands.

Displaced Kashmiri Pandits, who have been protesting in Jagti for almost ten months, have now turned towards Jammu.

On Tuesday, these displaced Kashmiri Pandits demonstrated in the exhibition ground and raised slogans against the government.

Activists say that the negative attitude of the government has forced these Kashmiri Pandits to come to Jammu.

During the protest, the workers raised slogans against the central government and the Jammu and Kashmir administrations.

While addressing the occasion Shadi Lal Pandita said that this government does not want to solve the issues of Kashmiri Pandits.

It was repeatedly requested that the monthly relief of displaced Kashmiri Pandits should be increased from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000.

But the government does not want to pay any attention to this. At the same time, the jobs given under the PM package for Kashmiri Pandits are also under attack.

The Kashmiri Pandit who was given a job under the package is being given half the salary.

Government orders are being issued to do the job on the same salary for two years.

Shadi Lal Pandita said that the government has not been able to prepare any blueprint for the return of Kashmiri Pandits to the Valley even after a long time.

It seems that the central government is not serious about Kashmiri Pandits.

At the same time, Raj Kumar said that at present, the displaced Kashmiri Pandits are in difficult times. He could not survive with less relief.

If the government does not want to increase the relief amount, then by giving a government job to one member of their family, they should be taken out of the misery of displacement.

If the government cannot do this, then rehabilitate Kashmiri Pandits. But the government is not ready to walk on any line.
