After this, the situation was brought under control. In view of the situation, the administration has imposed Section 144 in the Neemuch City area.

According to the information received, there is a dargah in the old court area of ​​Neemuch.

On Monday evening, some people wanted to install an idol of Hanuman Ji near the dargah, while the other side objected. There was a dispute between both parties regarding this matter.

It is said that the matter was settled after consultation at that time. The dispute escalated around eight o’clock at the night. During this people from both the communities gathered.

After that stone-pelting started. Meanwhile, a bike was also set on fire. SP Suraj Verma said tear gas shells were used to control the situation.

Lathiya was also fired. Shops were also closed during this period. However, now the situation is said to be under control.

The administration has also imposed Section 144 in Neemuch city. The police force was called from the nearby police station.
