He hails from Imamsahab of Shopian district. He is included in the C-category list of terrorists prepared by the security forces.
In Kujjar area of the same district, the security forces have arrested four youths who are going to become terrorists.
They have been identified as Zakir Ayub Malik, Aashiq Ahmed Hajjam, Basit Riaz Hajjam and Uwais Gulzar Ahmad Tantray.
Zakir district belongs to Shopian. He was missing for the last few days. The other three are residents of Kujjar of Kulgam.
