Farmers did not agree, clash with police in many places, turned down offer to picket on Nirankari ground, tension increased in Delhi.

The farmers are not ready to accept any intention of encircling Delhi against the central agricultural laws. The police had offered a place to sit in Nirankari Maidan at Burari, but the farmers turned it down.

They said that they have to go to Jantar-Mantar to sit. At the moment, they sat on a dharna on the Singhu border and said that the one to talk to, should come here.

On the second day on Friday, people were facing problems due to the traffic jam. Many people missed flights. The metro did not run on the routes connecting NCR, the supply of daily necessities was also affected.

Politics also reached its peak. The Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party have openly supported the agitators.

On the second day in a row, people were disturbed by the jam on all the borders of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Passengers coming to Delhi from Faridabad, Gurugram, and Noida had to struggle for hours.

The biggest impact was seen on the Rajokari border of Delhi-Gurugram and Kalindi Kunj border of Noida-Delhi. Due to the investigation of vehicles, there was a huge jam.

In Ghaziabad, the police not only allowed the farmers to reach the UP gate but in Modinagar and Hapur, the farmers blocked the highway for about three hours.

Farmers from Haryana were furious as soon as they reached the Singhu border on Friday morning. They broke barricades and attempted to enter the Delhi border.

When the security forces tried to stop, they confronted him. After all, the police chased them with tear gas shells.

After this, at about one o’clock in the afternoon, the barricade planted on the road leading from the Singhu border towards Sonepat was broken by the farmers.

In retaliation, water cannons and tear gas bullets were used to stop them from the police. A farmer mounted a tractor on a cement barricade.

When the security forces tried to stop him, the farmers attacked him with sticks. Clashes between farmers and police and security forces personnel continued for about an hour.

After this, the farmers crossed the barricade of cement in the second round of security. In retaliation, some police personnel also pelted stones at the farmers.

The police did a tremendous barricading to stop the farmers. He was monitored by the drone.

Delhi government did not allow

The police sought permission from the Delhi government to use the nine stadiums as temporary jails to keep the detained farmers in need, but the government refused.

Farmers are ready

The farmers of Punjab have ration for months. Gas cylinder. The vehicles have petrol-diesel drums. There is even a flour mill. They have made full preparation to stay in Delhi.

Security arrangements at Jantar Mantar remain strict

The roads leading to Parliament Street were closed since morning. Police had barricaded the place on Tolstoy Marg, Barakhamba Road. Due to strict security arrangements, no farmer could reach Jantar Mantar.

Finally, open all the borders

Most of the difficulties came in Haryana. It proved difficult to stop the farmers who left for Delhi a day before Punjab.

They went ahead, breaking the barricades, etc. of the Haryana Police. By the evening, on the instructions of the state government, all the borders were opened and the farmers were allowed to go.

After this, traffic became normal in Haryana. They walked from Panipat to Kundli Border of Sonepat and from Sirsa to Tikri Border at Bahadurgarh and entered Delhi.

There was also a confrontation between the farmers and the police in Bahadurgarh. Police fired water cannons and released tear gas shells to stop the farmers.

But before this, no attempt was made to stop the protesters on the route going from Sirsa to Hansi, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh.

However, in Dabwali, Sirsa, Punjab peasants struggled to enter Haryana. They broke barricades and entered Haryana. Kanha Singh, a farmer from Punjab was also killed after the vehicle overturned in Sirsa.
