Five Employees Including Two Policemen Were Sacked In Kashmir

Five employees including two policemen involved in anti-national activities sacked, action has been taken on 30 so far.

The Jammu and Kashmir administration is continuously taking strict steps against the helpers of terrorists, separatists, and fanatic jihadi elements hiding in the government machinery.

Five government employees, including two policemen, were discharged on Wednesday for being involved in these activities.

In the last eight months, the state government has sent home 30 white-collar anti-nationals sitting in various government departments under Article 311 (2) (c) of the Indian Constitution.

The Jammu and Kashmir state government had formed a special task force under the leadership of the Additional Director General of Police, CID on April 21 last year.

This STF will take action by identifying government employees and officers who are sympathetic to terrorists, separatists, and indulge in anti-national activities.

After this, the government had started an investigation against 500 such officers and personnel of various departments who have directly or indirectly got involved with anti-national elements.

Of these, about 30 officers and personnel have been discharged.

The policemen who were discharged on Wednesday include Tausif Ahmed Mir resident of Pulwama and Shahid Hussain Rather resident of Kheipora Baramulla.

Apart from this, teacher Arshid Ahmed Das resident of Barah Bandina Anantnag, computer operator of Revenue Department Ghulam Hasan Parre resident of Lavepora Srinagar.

Sharafi Ali Khan employee of the Health Department, Keran Payeen, a resident of Kupwara has been fired.

The General Administrative Department said that the allegations leveled against all of them are very serious.

These allegations were found to be true in the investigation. There is no need for a hearing against them. Therefore, all of them are relieved with immediate effect.

IG Vijay Kumar said – Some so-called media persons in Kashmir are engaged in misleading the youth.

Some so-called media persons in Kashmir are engaged in a conspiracy to mislead the youth and make them terrorists. One of these names is Rais Ahmed Butt.

The media person-turned-jihadi, his accomplice had entered Srinagar for target killing, but before that, the security forces killed both of them in an encounter.
