The crowd gathered in the village

The body of former MLA Niravendra Kumar Mishra Munna has been brought to his village Trikolia, where people are having a final darshan. In view of the tension in the village, a heavy police force is deployed.

On the one hand, there was talk of preparations for the funeral of the former MLA, on the other hand, there was also anger among the people of the village including the family members that the police administration started barricading the leaders on several paths coming to the village.

The family members of the former MLA Nirvendra Kumar Mishra said that now at least people should be allowed to have their father’s last darshan.

Resentment not stopped

Former MLA Niravendra Kumar Mishra is not stopping the anger in the Munna murder corridor. Sanjay Singh Azad, a Rajya Sabha member from the Aam Aadmi Party and in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, also met the family members of the former MLA.

During this, the emotional son narrated his pain to the MP. He said that my lion father was killed by the jackals by the police. Parliamentarian Sanjay Singh said that Munna Bhaiya was a popular MLA, a great leader of farmers. Sanjay Singh demanded a high-level inquiry into the matter.

On Monday, the leaders of the former MLA’s village Trikolia continued to come and go. A delegation led by Samajwadi Party national general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Ravi Prakash Verma reached the village and assured justice for the former MLA’s family members by tying them up.

The case against five, two arrested

Police have registered a case of late-night murder against five people and arrested two accused. The main accused Radheshyam Gupta and his son Anurag Gupta has been arrested. Radheshyam’s brothers Kishan Gupta and Rinkal Gupta and Kishan’s son Sameer Sameer Gupta are absconding.

In the postmortem report of the former MLA’s body at 12 o’clock, the cause of death has been found to be a heart attack. The police had registered FIRs in several serious sections, including the murder of five MLAs against the five persons on the Tahrir, son of a former MLA.

The late-night post-mortem report stated the cause of the MLA’s death to be a heart attack. There are no marks of injuries on the body. It is now believed that some clauses will be changed in the case.

Nirvendra was an independent MLA twice

Nirvendra Kumar Mishra aka Munna Nighasan was first elected as an Independent MLA in 1989. He again became an independent MLA in 1991. For the third time in 1996, the Samajwadi Party gave him a ticket and he won.

Committee constituted on the direction of IG started an investigation

The police, including the CO, is facing serious charges in connection with the death of a former MLA during a land dispute. On Sunday night, the IG Lucknow Range Laxmi Singh constituted a three-member inquiry committee headed by ASP Arun Kumar Singh to investigate the veracity of these allegations.

This committee has to submit its report to IG in three days. For this reason, the team started investigating the case on Monday. During this, the team reached Sampoornagar police station and took information about the matter, while also collecting facts about the statements of the villagers and family members.
