Addressing the protesters, the leader of the Hifazat-e-Islam group, Nur-Hussain-Kashmir, said, “I demand the French government to apologize to two Arab Muslims around the world.”

He called for the Bangladesh government to close the French embassy, ​​saying it was a shame that Parliament had not even passed a resolution condemning Macros.
