Para shooter Avani Lekhara won the gold medal in 10m Air Rifles. Avani scored 249.6 in the final, which was equal to the world record.

In the women’s 50m rifle 3 positions SH1 event, CP Yang of China won the gold medal, while the silver medal was won by Ann Hilltop of Germany.

Avani stood third, who was awarded a bronze medal. The Chinese player scored 457.9, which is a Paralympic record.

At the same time, the German player scored 457.1, while the Indian player scored 445.9.

Let us tell you, India has won 12 medals in the Tokyo Paralympics so far, out of which 2 medals have come in the form of gold medals.
