Government School Teacher Made Children Study In Games

The medium to complete the person becomes our teacher, who opens the key to our mind in new ways of reading. The way of teaching every teacher is fundamental but everyone’s dream is to bring out the originality of the student.

Many such teachers of the country have been selected for the National Teacher Award, who not only created a different place in the world of teaching in their own ways but also got the title of Dear Teacher among them through better results of the students. Today, Sanjay Kumar, a government school teacher was awarded the National Teacher Award.

There is a school in Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh, where children study with images and words carved on stones. The children of the primary read a book in English. The level of general knowledge of children is also similar to that of higher classes. Due to the innovations made here, the government school of Duda village in the district has become a model across the state.

The learning process has been made interesting with zero investment. Teaching materials are inscribed on trees here. There are charts all over the place. The corner of the school is surrounded by learning activities due to the hard work of teacher Sanjay Kumar Jain.

Laptop with a projector: It is not that children are being taught in school only with old technology, but here, new devices including projector, laptop are being used in teaching. The school management has obtained all these things with social support without government support.

Sanjay Kumar Jain said that being pleased with the performance of the children studying in the school, the social workers of the district have increased and supported the school arrangements. ICT in school also uses learning techniques in an enjoyable way.

School becomes a laboratory for innovation: This school in Duda village has 87 children. The school has now become a laboratory for innovation. Presently, teaching work is done by about 80 types of innovations, including stone, Chakri game, English chaupal, plantation innovation, lagdi leg game.

There are many innovations including making alphabets knowledge, throwing pebbles, do cards, pick up places.

Village private school closed: Private school used to operate in the village, but the interest of children increased due to innovations in this government school. Teachers provide a better education. Due to this, children from private school reached to take admission in a government school.

The President will be honored: The school has two teachers Sanjay Kumar Jain and Ritu Bhatt posted, while three other village teachers Arpit Jain, Aditi Jain, Hemant Kumar Jain are providing free services. Teacher Sanjay Kumar Jain told that he himself studied in this school in 1985-86. Later, after becoming a teacher, the school was posted and then thought of improving the school.

Today, he is very happy with his hard work. The school has been awarded by the collector five times. Teacher Sanjay Kumar Jain has been honored by the Governor of Madhya Pradesh last year while now on 5 September 2020 in Delhi to be conferred with the National Teacher Award by the President.

Children studying with stones: School teacher Sanjay Kumar Jain said that big stones and rocks were buried in the school premises. They looked like a blot on the beauty of the school, but we innovated and decorated these rocks in colorful ways including English, general knowledge, Hindi, songs, mathematics, and other learning materials. This attracted children towards this. Now while playing, children study here or find some games in them.
