Let it be known that the terrorists in the Kashmir Valley have been overwhelmed.
Terrorist organizations are in a panic after the election of Zilla Vikas Parishad in the state, especially in the Valley, which was conducted peacefully amid security forces.
Terrorists are also troubled by the growing faith in the people of the valley about democracy. Terrorists unsuccessful in major attacks are now adopting a new strategy to ambush security forces with grenades.
If we look at the latest cases of terrorists, then they are working on a policy of hit and run. Grenades are running away. Trying to avoid a direct encounter.
