Islamabad High Court Banned Naeem Bukhari From Working as a Chairman of PTV. PM Imran Khan’s close aid is being banned from working as special PTV chairman.

Islamabad High Court has slammed Prime Minister Imran Khan in Pakistan. His deemed special Naeem Bukhari has stopped working on the post of Chairman of the Government of Pakistan Television (PTV).

Supreme Court lawyer, politician, and former TV host Bukhari were made the head of PTV in November. Critics said Bukhari got the benefit of proximity to Prime Minister Imran Khan.

One of these, Arslan Farooq, challenged the appointment of Bukhari to the Islamabad High Court. Said that several prior court rulings have been violated in Bukhari’s appointment.

On Thursday, High Court Chief Justice Athar Minalla banned Bukhari from serving as PTV chairman after hearing the arguments in the case.

Said that the appointment of Bukhari is a violation of the order given by the Supreme Court in 2018 in a similar case. Not taking cognizance of Bukhari’s age of 65, the government-appointed him.

Imran’s party agents took money from American companies Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party Tehreek-e-Insaf has accused its agents of wrongly taking money from two American companies.

These agents live in the US. Tehreek had filed a case against Akbar S Babur in November 2014 in connection with illegal foreign money.

He is one of the founding people of the party. He is accused of committing widespread disturbances in the party’s donations. In the case of illegal donations, the Election Commission of Pakistan is also investigating the accounts of Tehreek-e-Insaf.

12 officials sacked for negligence in saving temple in Pakistan.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial government in Pakistan has sacked 12 police officers following an investigation report. This action was taken in the case of an attack on a Hindu temple a few days ago. These officials have been found guilty of negligence in protecting the temple.

Explain that the temple was attacked by a mob led by members of a radical Islamic party. In this connection, the government has banned the service of 33 police officers for a year.

Let us know that Deputy Inspector General of Police of Kohat Region Tayyab Hafiz Cheema appointed Superintendent of Police (Investigation Wing) Zaheer Shah as the investigating officer to investigate the incident and instructed to submit his report within a week.

Shah investigated against 73 police officers in the case and recommended the dismissal of 12 of them from service on charges of negligence and irresponsibility in the discharge of their official duties.
