Jaish-e-Mohammed’s Underground Worker Arrested
Jaish-e-Mohammed’s underground worker was arrested from Awantipora, Kashmir: Grenades, and weapons recovered.
Police and security forces have succeeded in arresting an overground worker belonging to the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization during a joint operation from the Awantipora area of South Kashmir.
Other weapons including grenades have also been recovered from this overground worker.
According to the information, the Awantipora Police along with the 55 Rashtriya Rifles of the Army and the 185th Battalion of the CRPF launched a search operation after a solid input.
During this, forces have succeeded in apprehending an overground worker belonging to the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Jaish-e-Mohammed’s underground worker arrested: He has been identified as Umar Farooq Bhat son of Farooq Ahmed Bhat resident of Rangipora Awantipora.
On search, other weapons and objectionable items including hand shells were also recovered from the overground worker.
This overground worker, working for the Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization, used to provide vehicles, etc. to take the terrorists from one base to another.
Apart from this, he used to provide concrete information about the presence of police and security forces, including carrying weapons, to the terrorists of the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed.
A case has been registered against Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist organization’s overground worker Umar Farooq, who was caught at Awantipora police station.
