The security forces’ campaign against terrorism in Kashmir is gaining new success every day.

Security forces have also started clamping down on the overground workers who are strengthening the terrorist network after stacking up to 12 terrorists within the last one week.

A militant and three overground workers of Jaish-e-Mohammed have been arrested in South Kashmir’s district Kulgam, having achieved great success in the special operation against terrorism by security forces.

Talking about the last two days, the security forces have arrested three terrorists and six over ground workers so far in the anti-terror operation in different areas of the valley.

On Tuesday, two militants and three overgrowths of Alabdar were arrested from the security forces district Kupwara. Police have claimed that during the interrogation of these terrorists and overground workers.

It will be helpful to trace the network of Jaish-e-Mohammed and Al-Badar in Kulgam and Kupwara. There is a possibility of arrest of more terrorists and overground workers in the coming days.

At the same time, the terrorist arrested from South Kashmir district Kulgam has been identified as Javed Dar. He hails from Baramulla, a district in northern Kashmir.

Overground workers have been identified as Zahid Nazir, Omar Yusuf, and Muzaffar Ahmed. All these three are residents of Shopian.

Kashmir: Soldiers posted at LOC in Kupwara injured in the firing, fearing intrusion.

Jasvir Singh, a jawan posted on the Line of Control (LoC) in the North Kupwara district of North Kashmir, was injured after being shot last night.

As of now, no official statement has been issued as to the reasons for the firing, but sources say that the security personnel has seen any movement on the border.

The soldiers warned at first, but when the movement continued after that, the soldiers started firing.

It is being told that jawan Jasbir Singh was injured during this shootout. Jasbir fell to the ground as soon as he was shot. When the jawan was injured, his colleagues immediately picked him up and admitted him to the hospital.

At the same time, police sources say that this incident of firing is from Anil Post located on the LoC. At around 10.30 pm, the troops opened fire on the possibility of infiltration from this side by Pakistan.

Sentry in border security fired on the side of the movement after the warning. Meanwhile, 46-year-old Jasbir was injured.

He has been admitted to the Army’s 92 Base Hospital Srinagar for treatment. It is now being ascertained whether the jawan is injured in the firing of the intruder or from the shot of one of his companions.
