Kabul Bomb Blast: narrowly targeted Vice President Amarullah Saleh, the convoy. Afghanistan’s capital Kabul on Wednesday witnessed a massive explosion that targeted Vice President Amarullah Saleh’s convoy.

According to the leading news agency, Afghanistan’s Vice President Amarullah Saleh was targeted in a roadside explosion in Kabul. However, they did not suffer any harm and they are safe.

Narrowly survived Vice President

Vice President spokesman Razwan Murad wrote in his Facebook post, “Today, the enemies of Afghanistan once again tried to kill Saleh but did not succeed in their cause and there was no injury to Saleh.”

The spokesperson told the news agency that the blast targeting Saleh’s convoy had damaged some of his bodyguards. The Health Ministry said that so far two bodies and seven injured have been rushed to the hospital.

Vice President’s son tweeted information

Vice President Saleh’s son tweeted that he was safe and said that his convoy has been attacked but no person was hurt in it. Vice President’s son Abad Saleh tweeted, “I want to assure that both me and my father are safe and no one with us has been martyred.”

Everybody is safe. ‘ Aibad was traveling with his father. Earlier too, there was a deadly attack on Saleh last year in which 20 people were killed.

Kabul Bomb Blast: Fierce attack on the convoy

The blast aimed at the convoy was so terrible that the testicles of the vehicles flew away. The surrounding buildings have also suffered significant damage. It is believed that the Taliban and the terrorist groups of Pakistan are behind this attack.

Afghan security forces are deployed in the area

Afghan security forces have cordoned off the entire area and search operations are being carried out. Meanwhile, the injured have been admitted to the hospital.

The condition of some of the injured is stated to be critical. The blaze had caused a fire in the area which has been extinguished by firefighters. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.

Let us know that last week Vice President Amarullah Saleh had informed that the country’s government is in a dilemma about the release of 6 Taliban prisoners as Australia and France have opposed the release of these Taliban prisoners.

He is accused of attacking citizens of Australia and France. The Vice-President said, ‘The decision has not yet been taken regarding the release of 6 Taliban prisoners. Australia and France have objected to this.

The objection to these countries is justified. We do not want to spoil our relations with France and Australia by releasing these prisoners. The Vice President also said that the Taliban has failed to release the Afghan commanders.
