Kerala High Court dismisses plea for CBI inquiry into RSS worker’s murder.

The Kerala High Court on Thursday dismissed a plea seeking a CBI probe into the murder of a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker.

Sanjeet (27) was murdered in Kerala’s Palakkad district on November 15 last year. Justice K Haripal dismissed the petition. The deceased who filed the petition was the widow of an RSS worker.

On this matter, the state opposed the petition saying that all the accused had been arrested by the Kerala Police.

The state also said that due to the re-investigation, the accused may be released on bail.

In this case, the Kerala Police has arrested many people including Mohammad Haroon, who is an office-bearer of the Social Democratic Party of India and the Popular Front of India.

According to the police, the arrested PFI officer was directly involved in the murder of Sanjeet, which happened in public.

The BJP and Sangh Parivar organizations have blamed the workers of PFI’s political wing Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) for the murder.

Let us inform you that after the murder of Sanjeet, PFI leader Subair (43) was murdered in Palakkad on 15 April.

It is being seen as a murder committed out of vengeance. Kerala Police have arrested seven people in connection with Subair’s murder.

After this assassination, again on 16 April, RSS leader SK Srinivasan (45) was murdered in Palakkad. According to the police, this is also a retaliatory murder.
