M-Cap Of Top 10 Companies Jumped By Rs 1.56 Lakh Crore

M-Cap of top 10 companies jumped by more than Rs 1.56 lakh crore, Sensex also created a record: M-Cap.

The country’s top 10 valued firms added a total of Rs 1,56,317.17 crore to their market valuations last week.

The market capitalization (m-cap) of the country’s most valuable firm Reliance Industries rose by Rs 58,671.55 crore to Rs 15,74,052.03 crore.

RIL’s m-cap crossed Rs 16 lakh crore in intra-day trade on Thursday after the rise in share price. At the same time, the valuation of Infosys rose by Rs 30,605.08 crore to Rs 7,48,032.17 crore.

The market valuation of Bajaj Finance rose by Rs 22,173.04 crore to Rs 4,70,465.58 crore and that of Tata Consultancy Services rose by Rs 15,110.63 crore to Rs 14,32,013.76 crore.

M-Cap of top 10 companies: Besides, the market capitalization of HDFC Bank rose by Rs 10,142 crore to Rs 8,86,739.86 crore.

The valuation of Bharti Airtel was up by Rs 6,068.69 crore to Rs 4,05,970.66 crore and that of Hindustan Unilever Ltd by Rs 4,863.65 crore to Rs 6,44,199.18 crore.

With this, the valuation of Kotak Mahindra Bank rose by Rs 4,254.75 crore to Rs 4,01,978.75 crore and that of HDFC by Rs 2,523.56 crore to Rs 5,13,073.85 crore.

The market capitalization of ICICI Bank rose by Rs 1,904.22 crore to Rs 5,01,080.90 crore. Reliance Industries has retained the first position in the list of the country’s most valuable firms.

It is followed by Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever Limited, HDFC, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bharti Airtel, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The market capitalization of all of the top 10 companies in the country has increased in the last week. At the same time, only four out of the top 10 companies had seen an increase in market capitalization.

Apart from this, the benchmark index Sensex managed to reach a record 60,000 mark for the first time due to the board rally helped.

During the last week, the 30-share BSE benchmark had gained 1,032.58 points or 1.74 percent.
