Despite the rampant wave of the present-day Corona epidemic and the adverse circumstances, in small numbers, but the devotees of the mother are continuing their Vaishno Devi Yatra with full faith.

Along with the devotees of Maa Vaishno Devi, Katra people are hopeful that the situation will soon return to normal and that along with the building of Maa Vaishno Devi, the route even the base camp Katra will once again be thronged by the devotees.

With the first wave of the last year Corona epidemic, where most of the time was under lockdown, but as the first wave of Corona epidemic started decreasing and along with it the number of devotees of Vaishno Devi started increasing.

There was also a time in the month of January and February of the year when the daily figure of the devotees reached between 15000 to 20000.

Now the second severe wave of the corona epidemic has stopped the steps of the devotees once again.

Along with the devotees of the mother, Katra people hope that mother Vaishno Devi will soon give her blessings and this bad time will also pass.

A total of 16,45,333 devotees attended the feet of Maa Vaishno Devi in the first 4 months of the year. In January, a total of 40,8861 devotees reached the darbar of the Mata.

While in February, 3,89,549 devotees attended the feet of Maa Vaishno Devi. In the month of March, 5,25,198 devotees reached , while in the month of April, a total of 3,21,725 pilgrims had the Darshan.

At present, only 800 to 1000 devotees are reaching the court of the mother. With which the path as far as the base camp of the mother Vaishno Devi is completely silent in the base camp Katra.

However, a few devotees continue their Vaishno Devi Yatra continuously, due to which the shouts of the mother are echoing continuously on the route along with the temple of Maa Vaishno Devi.

Devotees are constantly pleading with Mother Vaishno Devi to completely eradicate the corona epidemic by placing it at the feet of Maa Vaishno Devi.

Everyone is constantly praying to Maa Vaishno Devi that Maaishould destroy the corona epidemic as soon as possible and provide health to the world so that once again the followers can vist the Mata darbar.

Whereas on April 30, only 700 devotees had attended the feet of Maa Vaishno Devi, while on May 1, around 400 devotees had left towards the building by 2:00 pm.
