Mehbooba Mufti said temptation and threat to break PDP. PDP President Mehbooba Mufti’s frustration has been steadily increasing since the ED inquiries into the money laundering case.

On Friday, she accused the Center of luring the party members to lynch the PDP with threats. Mehbooba was interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate officials on Thursday in the money laundering case.

Former Chief Minister Mehbooba has written on her Twitter handle on Friday that the central government has been threatening, besides luring party members to break the PDP.

Institutions like ED and NIA are being used to intimidate me. She is accused by the central government of working with her in a spirit of political vendetta.

Mehbooba Mufti said that what would be worse than this, that I am also being deprived of the fundamental right to get a passport.

What else is this political vendetta? Mehbooba has alleged that a case of treason or money laundering is registered on whoever opposes the current central government.

Now this country is not run according to the constitution, but according to the agenda of a particular political party.

Referring to the ED’s inquiry, she had said that she has been asked questions related to the reasons for selling her ancestral land in Bijbihara and the use of the Chief Minister’s special fund.

Mehbooba told reporters after the ED’s interrogation on Thursday that disagreement with the ruling party in this country has now meant a crime.

Central institutions like NIA, CBI, and ED are being misused to silence the opposition.
