Mehbooba Will Launch Mass Contact Programme In J&K. Mehbooba will go to the streets and villages to save a mass base.

Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti will now go to every street in the village to save her mass base in Kashmir. She has decided to make direct communication with the people herself.

During this campaign in the area she will go, she will also form a local committee of PDP. The appointment of its office bearers will be based on the feedback of the common people.

The young leaders of the party will play an important role in the campaign.

Since the dissolution of the PDP-BJP coalition government in the year 2018, so many senior leaders of PDP have left Mehbooba’s side. Most of these Jammu and Kashmir have become part of their party.

The PDP’s vote bank has suffered a major setback after quitting with its old comrades and the implementation of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Act.

The general public has suffered a major loss of PDP’s credibility. South Kashmir, traditionally called the PDP stronghold, is no longer a strong fort for it.

This has been confirmed in the recently held District Development Council elections. I have visited Jammu.

Mehbooba visited the Jammu division last month to re-establish the party. She went to areas where PDP has a strong base. After returning from Jammu, she held meetings in various districts of the Kashmir division.

In the meantime, she was once again elected president of the PDP. He has also appointed a political advisory committee a day before appointing senior officials in the PDP. Special attention will be given to women

A senior PDP leader who is close to Mehbooba said that the party president is going to run a public relations campaign across Kashmir after a few days.

During this time, she will roam in every street. She will try to connect with the local people directly by connecting with them. She will also keep her focus on women.

PDP committees will be formed at the booth level during the proposed mass campaign. Mehbooba is currently finalizing the work plan of her proposed public relations campaign. It will be formally announced by next week.

Jugal Kishore Sharma, BJP MP from Jammu-Poonch parliamentary constituency, raised the issue of the early start of construction of the Jammu-Poonch rail line during the ongoing budget session in the Lok Sabha to speed up development in the border districts of the Jammu division.

In the Lok Sabha, MP Jugal Kishore said that the survey of the construction of the Jammu-Poonch railway line has been completed.

Now the Ministry of Railways should take action towards the construction of this important project to connect the marginal districts with the railways.

This railway project is also important from the point of view of security. The central government should include this project in the next budget.
