Metro Man E Sreedharan to join BJP, will take party membership in Kerala. E Sreedharan, popularly known as ‘Metro Man’, is now going to enter politics. He is going to join the Bharatiya Janata Party on 21 February.
Kerala BJP President K.K. Under the leadership of Surendran, the Bharatiya Janata Party has been taking out the Vijay Yatra since 21 February. E. Sreedharan will take BJP membership during this Vijay Yatra.
Please tell that E. Sreedharan is known for his significant contribution to the Delhi Metro. He completed the work of almost every face of Delhi Metro ahead of time.
He was awarded the Padma Shri in 2001 and the Padma Vibhushan Award in 2008 due to his similar contribution to the transport medium like Metro. It is expected that he will do something different in the field of politics.
It is worth mentioning that in the year 2019, Sreedharan resigned from the post of Principal Advisor Engineer of Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation citing health reasons. However, there was still speculation that he might play an active role in politics.
Telangana: High Court lawyer and his wife stabbed to death, case registered
A High Court lawyer and his wife have been brutally murdered in the Peddapalli district of Telangana.
The accident took place on the Kalwacherla highway in the district, where the attacker was stabbed to death by the attackers, advocate Vaman Rao, and his wife.
After the incident, the bodies have been sent to a government hospital for testing and a case has been registered under IPC section 302.
