NIA files chargesheet against 13 Bangladeshis in Bengaluru human trafficking case.

NIA has filed a chargesheet in a special court against 13 Bangladeshi nationals for their involvement in trafficking women and children after they infiltrated into India from the neighboring country.

The NIA officer said that Rafiq, Sobuj Shaikh, Muhammad Rafiqdul Islam Ridoy, Rakibul Islam, Muhammad Babu Moula, Muhammad Alami Hussain, Muhammad Dalim, Hussain Azim.

Muhammad Jamal, Enamul Haq Shujan, Muhammad Ruhul Amin, Riday Islam, and Muhammad Milon Biswas Charges have been made under sections of IMD, Foreigners Act, and Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

NIA files chargesheet against 13 Bangladeshis: The case was registered against 13 accused in Bengaluru in June.

In a raid on a rented house, police had freed seven Bangladeshi women and a child from the clutches of four human traffickers.

The NIA took the matter into its own hands and found that the 13 accused against whom the chargesheet was filed had infiltrated India from Bangladesh.

They used to bring women to India by giving them the lure of employment from Bangladesh. Women were imprisoned in rented houses for sexual exploitation.

The accused had tried to obtain an Aadhar card, PAN card, and others from forged identity cards.
