NIA Presented Challan Against Seven Terrorists Of Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen. The NIA has presented a challan against seven terrorists of the terrorist organization Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen.

Among these seven terrorists, one Sher Ali is also included, who was arrested by the NIA from Jammu airport when he came back from Kuwait.

The NIA had registered a case against these seven terrorists on charges of conspiracy against the country, indulging in illegal activities, possessing ammunition, and recovering incriminating documents from them.

In this case, Mohammad Mustafa Khan was first caught by the Mendhar police station of Poonch on December 27, 2020, and on his behest, the police also recovered six grenades and some incriminating documents from his house.

Investigation revealed that seven terrorists are involved in this case who are trying to promote terrorist activities in the Poonch area at the behest of masters sitting in Pakistan and Kuwait.

All of them have links with the terrorist organization Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen, including Mohammad Yasin, Mohammad Farooq, Mohammad Ibrar, Mohammad Javed Khan, Sher Ali, and Mohammad Rafiq Nai.

Among them, Rafiq Nai is absconding and all these accused are bringing arms, ammunition, and narcotics from across the border in Poonch district to keep terrorism alive.

After the arrest of all these accused, the NIA also recovered narcotics from them and registered a case against them under NDPS.

The terrorists had hidden ammunition, incriminating documents, narcotics, etc. at various places, which were recovered. Against all these accused, the NIA presented a challan in the NIA Court, Jammu.

Jammu: Anti Corruption Bureau presents charge sheet against six including former principal Hemla Agarwal.

The Anti-Corruption Bureau has presented a charge sheet in the corruption case registered against six accused including former Commerce College principal Hamela Agarwal (now retired).

Apart from Hemla Aggarwal, the bureau has also appointed Jiya Lal, the then Accounts Assistant of the college, Jagdish Kumar.

The then storekeeper, Sunil Malik of M/s Sun Broadcast Equipment Pvt Ltd, Bhavneesh Sachdeva, the then senior manager of the company and Vinay Kumar, the owner of the Audio Video Center at Palika Bazar, Delhi.

Chargesheet has been presented against Thakur in the Anti-Corruption Special Court. They are accused of committing a scam of lakhs of rupees in the name of purchase of computer software.

According to the Bureau case, a complaint was received against Hemla Aggarwal, Principal of Commerce College, that she had bought something at expensive prices and did not follow the rules while making the purchase.

On this, on 16 August 2014, the Bureau (erstwhile Vigilance Organization) started the investigation by registering a case against Hemla Agarwal.
