NIA Special Court Rejected The Bail Plea Of Shah And Fazili

NIA Special Court rejected the bail plea of Shah and Fazili. Both of them were involved in the promotion of terrorist-separatist ideology in Jammu Kashmir.

NIA Special Court Jammu has rejected the bail plea of two accused of promoting the terrorist ideology and glorifying terrorists. State investigating agency SIA is investigating this matter.

According to the information received, Abdul Ala Fazili and Peerzada Shah Fahad were involved in promoting terrorism and separatism in Kashmir through newspaper and internet media.

They were involved in the promotion and nurturing of the ideology of separatism.

They were engaged in justifying and glorifying terrorists and separatists so that the unity and integrity of the country are harmed in some way.

Apart from this, they were inciting Kashmiri youth to revolt and violence against the government.

Taking cognizance of their activities, the SIA started the investigation by registering cases against them under various sections of the Prevention of Unlawful Activities Act and various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

In the investigation, much evidence was found against them, and on the basis of that, they were arrested.

Accused Abdul Ala Fazili had written a very inflammatory article The Shackles of Salvation Will Break in an English monthly magazine The Kashmir Wala.

This article was written in the spirit of furthering the anti-national agenda of separating Jammu and Kashmir from India and joining it with Pakistan.

The language used in this article and the views expressed incite Kashmiri youth to revolt against the nation and lead them to the path of violence.

Pirzada Fahad Shah is the editor and founder of the English magazine The Kashmir Wala. Articles of anti-India ideology are often in his magazine.

He also accused the security forces of human rights violations while allegedly justifying the terrorist incidents.

Both the accused had filed a petition in the court for their bail.

The petition was heard today in the NIA Special Court, Jammu, but the judge dismissed it considering the sensitivity of the case and taking cognizance of the available evidence.
