NIA’s big action in terror funding case, raids on more than 45 places in Jammu and Kashmir.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids at several places in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the terror funding case.

NIA team raided in Anantnag district on Sunday morning. According to the information, NIA raids are going on in 45 places of the state.

Apart from the police, the cooperation of CRPF is also being taken in this.

According to the information, the National Security Agency (NIA) has started raids on 45 locations in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

It includes Srinagar, Ganderbal, Achabal, Shopian, Bandipora, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, Rajouri, and other districts. This raid of NIA is in connection with some new cases including terror funding.

The cooperation of the Jammu and Kashmir state police and CRPF have been taken so that the NIA does not face any problem during the raid.

Raids are also going on at the houses of the members of NIA’s Jamaat-e-Islami organization. In the year 2019, the central government had banned the Jamaat-e-Islami organization.

NIA’s big action in terror funding: According to an NIA official, raids are also on at the houses of members of Falh-e-Aam Trust who live in Nowgam, Srinagar.

Meanwhile, according to information received from sources, raids are going on at the house of Ghulam Mohammad War, a resident of Manigam in Ganderbal, who is also the district head of Jamaat-e-Islami banned organization.

Apart from this, raids are going on at the residences of Abdul Hameed Butt, a resident of Gamchhipora, Zahoor Ahmad Reshi, a resident of Safapora.

A member of the Jamaat-e-Islami organization, including the residence of Mahrajuddin Reshi, a resident of Safapora. Reshi is a former terrorist and is doing business these days.

Apart from searching the house of senior Jamaat-e-Islami leader Ghazi Moin-ul-Islam in Soura, Srinagar, the NIA team also investigated the Falah-e-Aam Trust office in Nowgam.

The houses of Ghulam Mohammad Butt in HIG Colony, Bashir Ahmed Lone in Harwan and Faheem Ramzan in Lal Bazar, and the house of Mohammad Abdullah Wani in Mandir Bagh Bagat have been searched.

NIA’s big action in terror funding: Searches were conducted at the houses of Mushtaq Ahmed Wani and Nazir  Rana in Loharsenji village adjoining Kokernag in Anantnag.

Farooq Ahmed Khan in Sundbarbare Kokernag, Afaq Ahmed Mir in Badura Achabal, and Ahmadul Parre in Khiram Bijbehara. The residence of Jamaat-e-Islami leaders Dr. Mohammad Sultan Butt.

Ghulam Mohammad Wani, and Gulzar Ahmed Shah, located just a short distance from the house of Sayed Salahuddin, the chief commander of Hizbul Mujahideen in Budgam.

In Saibug, besides the residence of Riyaz Ahmed Sofi in Sholipora, was also searched by the NIA.

The house of former Jamaat chief Mohammad Sikandar Malik has been searched in Gundipora of Bandipore.

It is worth noting that in the month of July, the NIA had conducted raids in Kashmir. NIA team raided two places in the Anantnag district of South Kashmir and arrested three accused.

NIA’s big action in terror funding: Earlier, the team had arrested five people for questioning during raids on Sunday.

The NIA team, in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Police and CRPF, arrested Aaqib Ahmed Sofi alias Nadeem, residents of Sofi Mohalla Achabal and Mohammad Arif Sofi son Ghulam Nabi Sofi, from their residences for questioning.

The team also raided the Geographic Printing Press located in front of the Boys Hostel of Government Medical College Ganjeewara.

NIA arrested Arif Hussain Qadri son of Peerzada Tahir resident Khwaja Mir Ali Sahib, resident of Chini Chowk Anantnag.

During this, a laptop and other documents were confiscated by the NIA team from the youth.
