Pakistan Bothered By The Action On Indo-US Terrorists

Pakistan bothered by action on Indo-US terrorists, sought with allies. Amid growing pressure to arrest and punish the conspirators of the terror attacks in Mumbai and Pathankot, Pakistan has raised the voice of peace and security in South Asia.

India and America recently asked Pakistan to take action against terrorist organizations flourishing on its land in a joint working group meeting against terrorism.

Pakistan bothered and has been stunned by this demand that rose just before the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) meeting in Paris in October. In the FATF meeting, it will be considered to be added to the blacklist.

Joint Working Group said Pakistan should take action against terrorists for shelter

Terrorist organizations on Pakistan’s soil were discussed in the meeting of the Indo-US joint working group through video conferencing on 9-10 September. Both countries asked Pakistan to take action against these organizations.

Among the organizations against whom action was sought were Al Qaeda, IS, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Muhammad, and Hizbul Mujahideen. Both countries strongly condemned attempts to plot terror and send terrorists across the border. Said that effective efforts need to be made to prevent and eliminate every kind of terrorism.

Both countries have asked Pakistan to declare a time-bound program and launch an effective campaign against terrorist organizations. Said, Pakistan should show strictness to stop the use of their land from terrorist organizations.

Pakistan should apprehend the guilty terrorists of the Mumbai and Pathankot attacks and brought strict legal action against them. India and the United States are ready to help Pakistan in this task.

Objected to the statement

Pakistan’s foreign ministry has objected to the statement issued after the meeting of the Joint Working Group. It is said that Pakistan was unnecessarily discussed in the meeting and its name was included in the statement in an unnecessary manner. Pakistan has demanded cooperation from allied countries in establishing peace and security in South Asia.
