Police had received information that Pakistani smugglers were about to enter Indian territory with a consignment of arms and heroin at 4:00 am on Wednesday.
The Pakistani intruder was killed by the BSF and police while conducting a joint operation on the information. 22 kg of heroin was recovered from him in a big bag.
Border Security Force has also recovered two AK-47 rifles from the same bag. Let us tell you that on Sunday morning, BSF also recovered a consignment of barbed wire near Pul Mora.
The investigation had revealed that the said field agents of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI Balaal had sent. It is feared that Balaal was going to hide this consignment too.
Explain that there is a continuous infiltration effort from Pakistan to send drugs and weapons consignments. In the past, many intruders have been killed in an attempt to cross the border, but the chain is not stopping.
