Rain created disaster in Uttarakhand, cloud burst in Khabrawala late night; river in spate. It is raining like a disaster in Uttarakhand.

It is raining heavily in many parts including Doon. Late in the night too, the turn exploded in Khabrawala near the Santala Devi temple of Doon.

Apart from this, there was heavy rain in the surrounding areas as well. Due to the heavy rain that lasted for about three hours, the river, drains were overflowing and many books were washed away.

Along with water entering houses, trees and electric poles were also reported to have fallen at many places.

At the same time, due to landslides in the hilly areas, the roads are getting blocked time and again. Joshimath-Malari highway in Chamoli could not open despite all efforts.

This road is closed for the last 11 days. The helicopter is also unable to take off due to bad weather. Apart from this, problems have increased due to rain in Kumaon too.

Traffic has come to a standstill on more than four dozen routes across the state. The Meteorological Department has warned of heavy rain in most areas of the state for the next three days.

Rain created disaster in Uttarakhand: On Tuesday, the helicopter could not take off for the whole day for Niti Ghati in Chamoli.

However, the administration claims that the movement of villagers is being done on foot in the presence of SDRF and NDRF.

On the previous day, medicines have been sent to Niti Valley by helicopter along with a pharmacist.

Due to the closure of the Malari Highway, movement of a dozen villages including Bampa, Gamshali, Niti, Farkiya, Kailashpur, Gurguti.

Jumma, Kaga along the Indo-Tibetan-China border is not possible. The movement of vehicles of Army and ITBP has also come to a standstill.

On Tuesday, two to three rounds of heavy rain occurred in the surrounding areas including Dehradun.

Due to cloudburst here late in the night, debris entered people’s homes and the roads turned into ponds. There is no report of any casualty in the incident.

On the other hand, the land-Munsiyari road near Nai Basti in Talla Johar of Kumaon’s Pithoragarh district has collapsed.

Road connectivity to the China border is disrupted and 15 roads are closed in the district.

According to the Meteorological Center, there may be heavy rain with heavy showers at isolated places in Dehradun, Pauri.

Nainital, Champawat, Bageshwar, Pithoragarh and Udham Singh Nagar for the next three days. An orange alert has been issued regarding this.
