Jammu and Kashmir Police have detained Maulvi Ishtiaq from Mewat, Haryana, linked to the Delhi bomb blast. The cleric operated a ‘white-collar’ terror module from Al Falah University, Faridabad. Over 2,500 kg of explosives were recovered from his residence. Linked to JeM and Ansar Ghazwat-ul-Hind, this marks the ninth arrest in the ongoing anti-terror crackdown.
