Rohini Court Firing: Jitendra Gogi was killed in the Tillu Tajpuria gang shootout, two attackers were killed.

In Rohini court, two miscreants fired indiscriminately and killed the infamous miscreant Jitendra Mann alias Gogi. He was brought to the courtroom for production at the time of the incident.

A lawyer told that in front of the judge in the courtroom, the miscreants opened fire on Jitendra Mann alias Gogi. In retaliatory action, the police also opened fire.

In which both the attackers also died on the spot. The police have sent the three bodies for post-mortem and are investigating the matter.

Top police officers are reaching the spot and investigating. Court security has been tightened.

According to the information, Jitendra Gogi was brought for production in a case of NDPS in Rohini Court Room 207. Cases related to NDPS are heard in this court.

The hearing of the case was going on in the court that two attackers dressed as lawyers started firing indiscriminately on Gogi. It is said that Gogi was hit by three to four bullets and died on the spot.

In retaliation, the police also opened fire on both the attackers. In which both of those attackers also died due to bullet injuries.

The Joint Commissioner of Police (Northern Range) will investigate the matter.

Delhi Police spokesperson Chinmoy Biswal said that both the attackers were killed along with Gogi, one of Delhi’s most wanted undertrials.

He said, the police team launched retaliatory action against the two attackers, who were dressed as lawyers and attacked Gogi.

He said the Joint Commissioner of Police (Northern Range) would investigate the incident and submit a report.

Identity of the slain miscreants.

The perpetrators of the murder of gangster Jitendra Mann alias Gogi in Rohini Court were identified as Rahul Phandi of Baghpat in UP and Maurice, a resident of Bakkarwala, Delhi.

Both were henchmen of gangster Sunil Mann alias Tillu. Tillu had an affair with Gogi for 11 years.

Lawyers should also be investigated in lower courts.

The incident that happened today in Rohini Court can happen in any lower court of Delhi. Security in Saket court is also Ram trust.

Here neither the metal detector works properly nor is there any check of lawyers or anyone else at the time of entry.

When lawyers are investigated in the Supreme Court, lawyers cannot enter the court premises without showing their I-cards in the High Court.

Then why similar security arrangements are not made in the lower courts as well. Police should ensure security arrangements in the court premises in coordination with lawyers.

Policemen who killed the attackers will get a reward

Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said that both the miscreants started firing indiscriminately at gangster Jitendra Mann alias Gogi in Rohini court. T

The police killed both the attackers. Each policeman who kills the attackers will be given a reward of Rs 50,000 each.

Police said that the hearing was going on in the courtroom during the shootout. It is being told that several rounds of bullets have been fired.

Police had announced a reward of 6.5 lakhs on Gogi.

Gogi was lodged in the high-risk ward of Rohini Jail No. Gogi was caught by the Special Cell in March last year from Gurugram with great difficulty.

At that time there was a reward of 6.5 lakh on him. Sources say that the rival gang has attacked Jitendra.

According to the information, three people have also been injured due to the bullet. According to the information received, the attackers have been piled up in retaliation by the police.
