The former president’s daughter and Congress leader Sharmishtha Mukherjee have tweeted that the rumors being raised about her father are a lie. He urged the media not to call him. Sharmistha also said that she wants to keep her mobile free so that she can get information about her father’s health from the hospital.

According to the latest medical bulletin released today by Army Hospital, their condition is still critical and they are on ventilator support. The Army’s Research and Referral Hospital said in its latest medical bulletin,

“There has been no change in the condition of former President Pranab Mukherjee since morning. He is in a coma-like condition. They are constantly being put on ventilator support.

Earlier, Pranab Mukherjee’s son Abhijeet Mukherjee had tweeted and informed that his health is hemodynamically stable. That is, their blood pressure remains constant. At the same time, the heart is also working.

Meanwhile, Sasthikankardas Das, who studies with Pranab Mukherjee, has prayed for his speedy recovery. Both of them used to study at the University of Calcutta together. He said, ‘He is a very good person. I am praying for his speedy recovery. His political career was excellent.

He did many things for the people. He was also successful as the President of the country. He was a very good friend of mine. We are 84 years old. We were academics at Vidya Sagar College from 1952 and then at Calcutta University from 1956 to 1959.

Was found infected with the coronavirus on Monday

Mukherjee was found infected with the Coronavirus on Monday, after which he was admitted to the Army’s R&R Hospital. The former president underwent brain surgery to remove a blood clot from his brain, which was successful. He was placed on a ventilator after surgery.

Before surgery, Pranab Mukherjee was found to be infected with Covid-19 during the examination. The former president himself informed about this by tweeting. Mukherjee had tweeted, ‘On a hospital visit, I was found to be Covid-19 (Covid-19) positive. I request all those people who came in contact with me last week to isolate themselves and get Corona examined.

Pranab Mukherjee was sworn in as the 13th President of India in July 2012. He held this post till 25 July 2017. Pranab Mukherjee was honored with Bharat Ratna on 26 January 2019.

Pranab Mukherjee received a law degree as well as a post-graduation in history and political science from the University of Calcutta. He was also a lawyer and professor. He was also awarded an honorary D. Litt degree.
