The confrontation of Congress and Shiv Sena on the issue of renaming Aurangabad as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar seems to be increasing.

In a tweet issued by the Chief Minister’s Office on Wednesday, after mentioning Aurangabad as Sambhaji Nagar.

Revenue Minister and State Congress President Balasaheb Thorat said the renaming the places is not an agenda of the MVA government.

The functioning of the government should be carried out according to the Common Minimum Program.

Information is given about the decisions taken in the cabinet meeting.

Today the dispute started after the weekly cabinet meeting. On the decisions taken in the cabinet meeting, the Chief Minister’s office made the tweeting public about all the decisions.

One of these decisions was also related to Aurangabad.

In a tweet issued in Marathi it was written that, in the cabinet meeting, it has been decided to increase 165 beds and create 365 new posts in the government hospital and medical college of Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).

The poster on which this message has been written in the tweeter, the poster has pictures of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, and Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat.

Apart from this, a big picture has also been placed of Health Minister of Health, Amit Deshmukh. Amit Deshmukh is the Congress quota minister in the state government.

Thorat said – the job of the Directorate of Information is not to change the name

Soon after the release of this tweet, Balasaheb Thorat, the state president of the Congress and the number three minister in the state government, made three consecutive tweets and advised the Chief Minister’s office.

He wrote that the job of the Directorate General of Information is not to change the name. The functioning of the government should be run on the basis of documents.
