Shubman Gill News: A big update has come on the health of Shubman Gill, who missed the first match against Australia in the ICC World Cup 2023.

BCCI has said that Gill will not travel to Delhi with the Indian team and will stay in Chennai only.

The Indian Cricket Board says that the young opening batsman will also not be available for the match against Afghanistan on Wednesday.

BCCI has shared the update related to Shubman Gill’s health on its X account. The board said that Gill is not completely well yet and he will stay in Chennai only.

Gill will remain under the supervision of the medical team in Chennai. Along with this, the Indian batsman will also miss the match against Afghanistan on October 11.

The board says that Gill will not leave from Chennai to Delhi with Team India on October 9.
