SIT Probe Demanded Into The Massacre Of Kashmiri Pandits
SIT probe demanded into the massacre of Kashmiri Pandits. Social activist Vineet Jindal wrote a letter to the President, demanding SIT probe into the massacre of Kashmiri Pandits.
Lawyer and social activist Vineet Jindal has written a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind in the genocide case of Kashmiri Pandits.
In the letter, the President has been demanded to direct the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate all the cases related to the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits.
The letter said to provide justice to the victims.
Vineet Jindal wrote in his letter that in the case of the massacre of Kashmiri Pandits in 1989-1990, the SIT should thoroughly investigate the cases registered so far.
Those victims should also be helped to get justice, who could not register the case at that time due to adverse circumstances.
The counsel argued that if the cases related to the anti-Sikh riots could be reopened, the cases of Kashmiri Pandits could also be reopened.
It can be re-examined. Jindal said in the letter that the Kashmiri Pandits, the victims of the genocide, were in a state of physical, emotional, and mental trauma.
They were not in a position to register their complaints and statements, so they should get an opportunity to get justice.
