The NIA team probing the terror funding case filed a charge sheet in the court against the PDP youth unit chief Waheed-ur-Rehman Para, claiming that the terrorist arrested along with DSP Davinder Singh on January 11, 2020, between Naveed and Mehbooba The phone conversation is done.

An NIA official said that during the investigation, it has come to light that the names of DSP Davinder Singh arrested and former chief minister in the HM terrorist Navid Babu case has come up.

The NIA has filed a supplementary charge sheet against three people, including the arrested People’s Democratic Party (PDP) youth wing chief Waheed-ur-Rehman Para, who allegedly served as a financier for the Hizbul Mujahideen in connection with the case.

The officer said that while he was investigating this matter, it was also revealed that Mehbooba Mufti also knew Hizbul terrorist Naveed Babu and had talked to him once.

Let us tell you that in its investigation report, the NIA has already revealed that PDP youth leader Waheed Para had given one million rupees to the terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen to buy weapons.

While giving this amount, he had also placed a condition that the terrorist organization will not harm the leaders and workers of his party, who are going to the electoral fray under the leadership of Mehbooba Mufti.

The investigation found that Para, Davinder Singh was also an important link in maintaining political-separatist-terrorist nexus in Jammu and Kashmir.

Parra was instrumental in the revival of PDP in South Kashmir, especially in the militant-infested district of Pulwama. Apart from mercury, NIA has also named two other Shaheen Ahmed Lone and Tafjul Hussain Parimu in the same case.

Let me tell you that suspended DSP Davinder Singh is currently lodged in Hiranagar Jail in the Kathua district of the Jammu division.

He was arrested by the Jammu and Kashmir Police on 11 January 2020 along with two Hizbul Mujahideen militants Naveed Babu and Rafi Ahmed Rather, along with lawyer Irfan Shafi Mir, on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway. He was coming towards Jammu.

In the preliminary investigation, the Jammu and Kashmir Police had revealed during that time that these two terrorists were crossing the border to go to Pakistan.

The DSP was helping them reach Jammu. This investigation was later handed over to the NIA.

Mehbooba Mufti was recently summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for questioning in connection with the money laundering probe.
