The Stories Of Major Mohit’s Bravery Were Again Fresh

The stories of Major Mohit’s bravery were again fresh, he had failed plans of terrorists by staying with them.

The tales of valor of Major Mohit Sharma, the commando of the Special Forces of the Indian Army, came to light on Monday when he reached the Tiger Division of Vijay Mashal.

Ashok Chakra winner, Lieutenant Colonel Rishima Sarin, wife of Special Force’s martyr Major Mohit Sharma, was present at the reception for Vijay Mashal.

He is currently posted in Jammu. Major Mohit has done commendable work in the elimination of terrorism during his posting in Kashmir.

His bravery today instills in the heroes of the Indian Army the courage to do anything for the sake of the country.

The stories of Major Mohit: In March 2004, Major Mohit disguised as a terrorist, and entered into Hizbul Mujahideen militants in Shopian, Kashmir.

He remained with the name Iftkar Butt for several days with terrorists Abu Taurara and Abu Sabzar. Major Mohit, preparing to launch a big attack, killed all the secrets of these terrorists as soon as they got the chance.

Today, Lieutenant Colonel Rishima Sarin, wife of Major Mohit Sharma, is on track to foil the plans of the country’s enemies, following in the footsteps of her husband.

Major Mohit, a martyr from Rohtak, Haryana, wanted to become a para commando from the beginning. In June 2003, he joined the 1st PARA (SF) -Indian Forces Joint Force.

He then served in Kashmir with 1 Para (SF). Where in the year 2004 he was awarded the Sena Medal (Bravery). He served as an instructor in the Commando Wing Belgaum for 2 years from January 2005 to December 2006.

After returning from Kashmir, he was stationed at Nahan, from where he again moved to Kashmir in October 2008. He laid down his life for his motherland and attained immortality on 21 March 2009.

He was martyred during the encounter on 21 March 2009 in the Hafaroda forest of Kupwara, bringing the terrorists to their end. After his martyrdom, he was posthumously awarded the highest medal of peace in the Ashoka Chakra.
