The US court has rejected the bail plea of Mumbai attack accused Tahawwur Rana.
The US court has rejected the bail plea of Canadian businessman Tahawwur Rana, a Pakistani-origin declared fugitive in the Mumbai attack.
59-year-old Rana, a childhood friend of David Coleman Headley, was detained again on 10 June in Los Angeles on an extradition request by India for his involvement in the Mumbai terror attack.

Tahawwur Rana is originally from Pakistan and has spent ten years in the Army Medical Corps. Since 2006, Tahvvur and Headley had conspired with the Mumbai attacks in collaboration with terrorist organizations of Pakistan and on 26 November 2008, the conspiracy was carried out.
Pakistani-American Lashkar terrorist David Headley was involved in plotting the 2008 26/11 terror attack. He became a government witness in the case and is currently serving a 35-year sentence in a US prison for his role in the attack.

India’s relations with Saudi Arabia are in a deepening phase. Indian Army Chief General MM Narwane, who visited Riyadh, held a meeting with Saudi Arabian high military officials on Sunday.
The two sides held talks on increasing military cooperation and works of mutual interest.
This level of dialogue is being held for the first time to increase India’s military cooperation with Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which patronized Pakistan in the past.
General Narwane, who visited the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia, is now in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. This is the first visit by an Indian Army Chief to Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Saudi Arabia is the head of the Islamic world while the UAE is its close ally.
The head of the Indian Army’s Public Information Unit and Additional Director General said in a tweet that General Narwane has held talks with General Fahd bin Abdullah Muhammad al-Mutir, the head of the Royal Army of Saudi Arabia.
Before that, General Narwane was given the Guard of Honor when he reached the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian Army.
According to the Saudi press, General Narwane has also met General Fayyad bin Hamid al-Ruwaili, the head of the royal forces. The two top military officials held talks on mutual interests and enhancing bilateral cooperation.
