Three Days Holiday In Educational Institutions In Telangana

Three days holiday in educational institutions, the flood-like situation in many places.

In view of heavy rains in Telangana, all educational institutions have been closed for three days from Monday.

While making the announcement on Sunday, CM Chandrashekhar Rao advised people to take precautions.

In view of the danger of cloudbursts due to rain, people have been advised to stay indoors. He has advised the citizens of the state to use the helpline facility issued by the Secretariat in case of emergency.

Meanwhile, in view of the red alert issued by the state government, Osmania University and Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University, Hyderabad has postponed the examinations starting from July 11.

Chief Minister Chandrashekhar Rao, addressed a press conference after a high-level meeting with ministers and officials to review the situation in the state.

He said, “The situation in the state is stable and we have taken information from the education department and the meteorological department in the state. I have decided to leave for 3 days.

Three days holiday in educational institutions: Due to the possibility of change in some areas, the CM advised youth and young children to stay in their homes.

In his address to the press, he said that there has been heavy rain in Bodhan, Nizamabad, and Nirmal. However, the administration is ready to deal with any situation.

Giving further information, he said that to help the people, call centers have been set up in the state by the Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Panchayati Raj, and Road and Building Department, which the general public can contact in case of emergency.

A help center has also been set up for 24-hour service in the secretariat. He has also asked the public representatives of the local bodies to be alert.

After a meeting with ministers and officials, CM K. Chandrashekhar Rao said that all the ministers have been instructed to be available in their respective assembly constituencies.

In view of heavy rains in Nizamabad and Kothagudem, two additional teams of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have been deployed.

Apart from this, two helicopters have been deployed for relief and rescue work.
