Three Jaish Terrorists Killed In Budgam Encounter

Three Jaish terrorists were killed in the Budgam encounter, 11 terrorists have been killed in six encounters so far this year.

Security forces killed three Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists in an encounter that started on Thursday night at Jaluwa, Budgam.

The encounter lasted about 11 hours. Three AK-56 rifles and other items were also recovered from the slain terrorists.

During the encounter, an army officer was also injured due to the shrapnel of a grenade. This encounter is the sixth encounter of this year, in which 11 terrorists have been killed. Six of them were Pakistanis.

The police launched a search operation on Thursday night at nine o’clock on the information of the hiding of Jaish terrorists in Jaluwa.

Army and CRPF personnel also participated in this. On seeing the soldiers coming towards their hideout, the terrorists tried to escape by firing.

On this, the soldiers also took action and entangled the terrorists in the encounter.

Kashmir IGP Vijay Kumar said that throughout the night, the terrorists kept firing while trying to escape by breaking the siege. The soldiers also responded.

The terrorists were given every chance to surrender. The help of local people was also taken in this, but they did not agree.

All three terrorists were killed on Friday morning. One of them is Wasim Mir, a resident of Nowgam in Srinagar. Two are being traced. All three of them belonged to Jaish.

The IGP said that this year has brought a good start for the operation against the terrorists.

So far this year there have been six encounters. Two encounters took place on the same day on January 3 in the Shalimar area. So far 11 terrorists have been killed

Terrorist Wasim committed many incidents in Srinagar and Budgam: Terrorist Wasim Mir was active in December 2020 and was listed in category C terrorists.

He was involved in various terrorist incidents in Srinagar and Budgam districts. He was also involved in the murder of Inspector Parvez Ahmed on 22 June 2021.

He, along with his comrades, had launched a grenade attack on a CRPF bunker in the Aali Masjid area of ​​Srinagar.

A policeman and a civilian were injured in the attack. He used to recruit terrorists in Srinagar and Budgam.

Now only one terrorist of Srinagar left: IGP Vijay Kumar told that after the killing of Wasim Mir, now only one terrorist living in Srinagar is left alive.

Police are raiding his hideouts to nab him. His asylum seekers have also been identified. Soon he will be caught or killed.
