Three terrorists who attacked the owner of Krishna Dhaba in Srinagar arrested: Militancy in Kashmir.

Police claimed to have arrested three terrorists who attacked Akash Mehra, the 22-year-old son of the owner of Krishna Dhaba, located in the Sonwar area of ​​Srinagar.

Three youths were involved in this attack and the police have arrested all three. IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar himself informed about this.

He told reporters that during a foreign diplomatic visit, some attackers shot Akash Mehra, son of the owner of Krishna Dhaba located in the Sonwar area.

He said that the entire attention of the security personnel was focused on the visit of the foreign diplomat. A team of foreign diplomats was to be taken to the Vivanta Hotel.

Meanwhile, three youths came on motorcycles and stopped outside Krishna Dhaba in Sonwar. Two of them went to the hotel counter. The sky was sitting there.

At first, they talked to him and later shot him and escaped from there on a motorcycle. Akash was seriously injured in this attack.

The IGP said that this was a sensitive issue. It was a challenge for the police officers because Krishna Dhaba is not only crowded by locals but also a large crowd of tourists.

Not only this, whenever there is a strike or a series of demonstrations in Srinagar, there is also a movement of people and tourists in this area.

The police team involved in the investigation of the attack obtained footage of the CCTV installed in and around the Dhaba.

The police team combed the footage overnight and traced the three youths and motorcycles involved in the attack.

The team reached the home of a young man by motorcycle. His parents also admitted that their son escaped from the motorcycle home after carrying out the incident.

The young man’s mobile was turned off. A few days later, the young man called the family with another phone and informed them that he was going to Pahalgam.

As soon as the information was received, Srinagar Police along with the Anantnag Police team arrested the youth from Pahalgam. The other two terrorists were also arrested after interrogation.

IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said that the three have confessed to their crime. A pistol and motorcycle used in the attack have also been recovered.
